Brussels sprouts grow best in temperature from 45 to 75°F. You'll get the highest yields from 59 to 64°F. They normally take 90-180 days to harvest. The edible sprouts grow like buds spirally down a long thick stalk. Matures from the lower to the upper part of the stalk. Sprouts are sweetest after a good frost.
