Kohlrabi
Kohlrabi, also known as the German Turnip, is a member of the wild cabbage family that will grow almost anywhere. Kohlrabi has the same texture of a broccoli stem or cabbage heart, but taste milder and sweeter. Kohlrabi can be eaten raw or cooked.
