Mustard

Mustard

Mustard seeds are used as spices, and if you grind them and then mix them with water, vinegar or other liquids, it becomes a condiment that we call mustard. You can also press the seeds to make mustard oil. The leaves on the mustard plant are edible and are known as mustard greens. They can be eaten cooked or raw in salads.
